Job Description:
(D.I.V.E.) Opportunities STRTP services young woman ages of 12-17 and Non-Minor Dependents (NMDS) with a variety of diagnosis. We are looking for a Quality Improvement Manager who is very thorough, detail oriented and organized who can support our CARF Accreditation initiative. Our Quality Improvement Manager will commit to continuously improve the quality of the treatment of our youth and the services we provide. Our QI Manager will utilize a systematic approach to assessing services and improving them on a priority basis.
Quality Improvement Managers are expected to complete the following job responsibilities:
- Facility walk through & Perimeter Checks
- Attend CARF trainings as needed and implement CARF Standards
- Assigns staff to design and carry out safety and risk management activities
- Assigns staff to perform monthly reviews of the safety and risk management activities
- Oversees Resident Council Mtg. to ensure resident’s ideas and opinions are being heard & implemented.
- Informs Management Team of improvement suggestions, safety concerns & compliance issues.
- Ensure Emergency Drills are taking place and being documented properly. (Write an analysis after each drill addressing performance improvements, areas needing improvements, actions to be taken, etc.)
- Ensure Resident, Staff and Stakeholders (SW/ PO/ School Staff) Surveys are being completed along with 1:1 Follow up
Special Skills Needed:
Current CPR and First Aid card
Working Hours: 25 – 40 hrs.
