Reports to the Administrator/Executive Director/CEO Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of management experience in the field of Behavioral Health services.
• A minimum of five years of experience working in a related field / setting (community based, social services, behavioral health, school based or residential setting)
• Licensed LMFT or LCSW with the Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Meet the clinical supervisor requirements set by the Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Meet all state required conditions of employment as set forth by funder and Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility, i.e., Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical. Valid CDL and clean driving record
• Experience with Medi-Cal billing is a plus

Duties:

Head of Service will have primary responsibility for the management of the mental health services for (D.I.V.E.) Opportunities STRTP and collaboration with the Social Work and childcare services offered at (D.I.V.E.) Opportunities STRTP.

• Hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff, inclusive of performance management.
• Overseeing the program and its budget, including quality assurance and program compliance.
• Managing budgetary and strategic planning related to the program.
• Upholding and supervising the Agency’s operational, financial, personnel and practice rules, policies and procedures
